The Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel for the U.S, Army, known as Army G-1, is responsible for the development, management, and execution of all manpower and personnel plans, programs, and policies throughout the entire U.S. Army. The mission of G1 is to develop and implement effective policy and programs that build sustained personnel readiness in the Army’s greatest asset: people.
99精品国产自在现线The Infinity Technology team plays an essential role in this mission by supporting the Army G1 website, providing database services, and delivering operations and maintenance support. Our team of programmers and management analysts supports and sustains Requirements Builder (RBuilder), the database used for programming and budgeting all Army service members’ pay and allowances. RBuilder manages base pay, special pay, bonuses, allowance for housing, subsistence, clothing, change in station, and other compensations.
RBuilder is also the interactive system used by G-1 to validate and program all of the Army Commands requested requirements for 58 Management Decision Packages (MDEPs), including recruiting, retention, reserve component training, education, civilian personnel regionalization, and Human Resources Command. This allows the Army to program their budgets effectively and even calculate for inflation. Infinity employs the R:Base relational database solution to validate and program requested requirements for the MDEPs. Our team of analysts provides the programmatic, analytical and technical support to review and analyze planning and programming documents, prepare MDEP requirements, integrate changes to the RBuilder and Probe databases—ensuring that the databases are properly aligned, and reinforce strength management, resourcing, and compensation. By supporting G1 and RBuilder, Infinity is helping ensure that the Army is always ready to respond when duty calls.
