The U.S. Air Force is committed to the goal of eliminating sexual assault and all other forms of interpersonal and self-directed violence. To this end, the Air Force Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program was established. As part of the program, Air Force Headquarters required curriculum development and subject-matter expertise to develop an effective prevention and response mechanism to interpersonal violence, including evaluating and assessing current methodologies in compliance with updated Federal and Air Force requirements. This requirement needed to cover cradle-to-grave services, including planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for the entire Air Force life cycle and enhance the sexual assault prevention and response capabilities of both Airmen and SAPR Personnel.
99精品国产自在现线Infinity was selected to develop and deliver an all-encompassing learning environment using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) to plan, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate the curriculum. Our instructional designers used a variety of adult learning methodologies to develop this vital program, including a building blocks approach in which participants incrementally increased their knowledge and skills based on previously learned concepts
As part of the program, Infinity evaluated and redesigned the 40-hour Sexual Assault Response Coordinator course at Air University. The new and modified curriculum includes modules covering key subject areas, and each module includes adult training materials such as practical exercises, job aids, role-plays, case studies, and demonstrations. Post training, we apply the Kirkpatrick Evaluation model to assess the relevancy of our training and modify it as needed.
Team Infinity has also created the Commander’s Talking Points, a format by which commanders can deliver quarterly SAPR training to their commands. In addition, we’ve developed learning tools, such as videos, presentations, case studies, exercises, and handouts, to aid in unit training. Infinity also provides service desk support, system administration, case management, and data management and analysis of the Department of Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database.
